April Sexton joined Edwards in January of 2024 and brings 15+ years’ experience in retail, office, and industrial asset management. She is currently the Senior Asset Manager for a major retail center in the Memphis metropolitan area.  Her strengths include contract administration, operating expense review/reconciliation, capital and operational budgeting/reporting, vendor contract negotiations/management, and tenant relationship management.
