Firm hosting contest to win free retail space in Richmond Heights
A Chicago-based property management firm is hosting a competition for local business owners to win three months of free rent in The Boulevard shopping center.
The Pop Local program aims to uplift St. Louis entrepreneurs by giving the winner free rent in a brick-and-mortar storefront from October to December, and a $3,500 stipend to set up the retail space.
This is the second time Edwards Reality is hosting the competition locally. In 2021, Series Six, an apparel brand was chosen out of 75 entrepreneurs.
