The Boulevard business district in Richmond Heights has been blessed with some serious St. Louis spirit thanks to its newest neighbor – local apparel company Series Six.

Edwards Realty Co. is offering three months of free rent for retail space at The Boulevard in Richmond Heights.

Buying, or even renting, a brick-and-mortar location for your big dream of a business may seem colossal during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The winning small business will receive three months of free rent plus $2,000 to decorate the storefront.

Following a dismal year for storefronts, one of the St. Louis region’s high-end shopping centers is now offering a little incentive: free rent.

Burr Ridge Village Center’s property management recently announced three new short-term, or pop-up, additions to the shopping center.

Select businesses will get three months of free rent to try out a brick and mortar space at the Burr Ridge Center starting in October.
