Ramzi Hassan is a real estate developer, investor and manager and has completed over $200M in retail and mixed-use projects since he started his entrepreneurial career in 2003, finding opportunities in distressed assets. His involvement in the music and fashion industry was a catalyst to thinking about real estate in a more experiential format.

Mr. Hassan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from DePaul University. He is the President of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ramzi holds his managing broker license in Illinois, Missouri and Michigan.
